Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients via various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding home improvement products and DIY tools.
- Resolve issues and provide solutions efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor throughout all interactions.
- Document customer communications accurately in our systems.
- Work closely with your team to achieve performance metrics and share best practices.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance your knowledge of products and service techniques.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
- A genuine interest in home improvement and DIY projects.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively problem-solve and assist customers with their needs.
- Team-oriented with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
