We are currently looking for a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Logistics & Shipping Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and have an interest in the logistics and shipping industry.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions about tracking shipments, service options, and delivery schedules.
- Resolve issues and complaints effectively to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records of inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal logistics teams to address customer needs and optimize service delivery.
- Keep clients informed about shipping regulations, services, and promotions to enhance their experience.
- Gather customer feedback to inform service improvements and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or shipping industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer care.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
