Join Our Logistics Team Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce an opening for a Slovak Speaking Customer Support representative in our Logistics & Shipping Department If you are fluent in Slovak and have an interest in providing excellent support in the logistics sector, this position is perfect for you.

In this role, you will assist Slovak-speaking customers with their inquiries related to shipping and logistics, ensuring they receive timely and accurate information regarding their shipments. If you're eager to contribute to a dynamic team and help streamline logistics processes, we'd love to hear from you

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients in the logistics and shipping sector through various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery times, and logistics processes.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Engage in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service in the logistics industry.
  • Previous experience in customer support or logistics is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
