Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding home security and alarm systems.
- Assist customers with inquiries about product installations, troubleshooting, and usage of security systems.
- Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with your team to meet service goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous learning about new products and advancements in home security technologies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong enthusiasm for customer service and safety solutions.
- Previous experience in customer support is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a problem-solving mentality.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
