Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Hebrew-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home security and alarm systems, addressing concerns and providing effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product features and industry standards.
Requirements
- Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in customer service and home security technologies.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
