Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding home security and alarm systems.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, installation questions, and troubleshooting issues.
- Efficiently handle complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth service delivery and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; additional language skills are a plus.
- Experience in customer support, ideally within the home security or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A genuine interest in home security solutions and a commitment to customer safety.
