In this vital position, you will assist Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding home security and alarm systems, providing them with expert guidance and support. Your Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home security products and alarm systems, ensuring they receive accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or in the home security industry is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively manage your time and work in a fast-paced environment.
