Your Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about luxury products, ensuring a premium experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and keep records up to date in our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain knowledge of luxury trends and products.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Please be sure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
  • A deep interest in luxury retail and high-end products.
  • Previous experience in customer support or luxury retail is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a commitment to exceptional service.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
