Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients regarding logistics and shipping inquiries.
- Assist customers with tracking shipments, managing orders, and resolving shipping issues.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated with logistics and shipping procedures.
Requirements
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the logistics and shipping industry is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
