In this role, you will assist Polish-speaking users with their inquiries and concerns regarding our dating and social networking applications, ensuring they have a positive experience on our platforms. Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking users through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Assist customers in navigating the application, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance the overall user experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with product features and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. It is important to clearly specify your nationality and native language in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
  • Strong commitment to providing an excellent customer service experience.
  • Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for helping others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a positive approach.
