Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking users via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to app functionalities, account management, and safety features.
  • Resolve customer complaints and technical issues promptly to ensure user satisfaction.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for efficient follow-up.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay user feedback and contribute to service improvements.
  • Stay informed about app updates, features, and best practices to provide knowledgeable guidance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support, particularly within the technology or social networking sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric focus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward user support.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and comfort with standard office software.
  • Enthusiasm for technology, social networking, and helping others connect online.
