Responsibilities- Offer high-quality customer support to Polish-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with questions regarding shipping status, logistics operations, and service inquiries.
- Effectively handle and resolve customer issues and complaints to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and ensure timely service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends and logistics practices to provide knowledgeable support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the logistics or shipping industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
