In this essential position, you will assist Polish-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding car leasing and financing options, ensuring they receive excellent support throughout their journey. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about car leasing and financing products, offering accurate information and solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with your team to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about industry trends and product offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or in the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
