Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about subscription services, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
- Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on service offerings and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
