Responsibilities- Provide top-tier customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with subscription inquiries, changes, renewals, and billing questions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document issues within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and address any customer feedback.
- Stay informed about subscription services and industry trends to provide accurate information and support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English; competence in additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in subscription-based or service industries.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work well in a team environment.
