Spanish Speaking Customer Support for Subscription-Based Services Department

We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Subscription-Based Services Department. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing outstanding customer service and are eager to assist Spanish-speaking clients with their subscription inquiries and issues.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding subscription-based services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about subscription plans, billing, and account management.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
- Educate customers about features, benefits, and promotions related to their subscriptions.
- Collect feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the subscription or SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office tools.
- Detail-oriented with effective time management skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
