Responsibilities- Assist customers with inquiries related to subscription services via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide detailed information about subscription plans, features, and benefits.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Educate customers about how to manage their accounts and subscriptions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
