We are currently seeking a Portuguese Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Luxury & High-End Brand Retail Department. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about luxury retail and committed to providing exceptional service to Portuguese-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding luxury retail products and services through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, availability, and order processes.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues while ensuring a luxurious customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on any outstanding inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and retail partners to enhance customer service delivery.
  • Stay knowledgeable about the latest luxury trends, brand offerings, and promotional events to provide informed assistance.
  • Gather customer feedback to support ongoing service and product improvements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the luxury retail sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for luxury branding.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary.
