We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Luxury & High-End Brand Retail Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about luxury retail and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience for Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding luxury products via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about product details, availability, and order placements.
  • Handle customer complaints and returns with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and provide timely follow-up on all inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to convey customer feedback and enhance service quality.
  • Stay informed about Luxury & High-End brands and product trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Gather customer insights to support continuous improvement in service practices and offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a client-focused approach.
  • Strong understanding of luxury products and the significance of brand reputation.
  • Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
