Patrique Mercier Recruitment is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support representative in the Luxury & High-End Brand Retail Department. In this role, you will be representing prestigious brands, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that every interaction delivers a luxurious experience. Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services within the luxury retail sector.
  • Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits, enhancing their purchasing experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members to uphold the brand's reputation for excellence in customer service.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a customer-focused environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in luxury brands, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to providing top-tier service.
  • A passion for high-end products and understanding of luxury retail dynamics.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
  • Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
