We are currently looking for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Luxury & High-End Brand Retail Department. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about luxury brands and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exemplary customer support to German-speaking clients regarding luxury products through phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order status, returns, and company policies.
  • Effectively address customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure a positive brand experience.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and uphold brand standards.
  • Stay informed about the latest product offerings, luxury market trends, and brand activities to provide knowledgeable assistance.
  • Collect customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts and brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the luxury retail sector.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to maintain composure under pressure.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
