Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients across various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist with inquiries about luxury products, order management, and service-related questions.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints gracefully, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and support product launches.
  • Stay updated on luxury brand trends, new products, and company policies to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer support, particularly within the luxury goods or high-end retail sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to solve problems effectively and handle high-pressure situations with grace.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
  • A passion for luxury brands and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
