We are currently seeking a Japanese Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Transportation Services Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and facilitating a seamless transportation experience for Japanese-speaking clients.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support to Japanese-speaking clients regarding transportation services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, service policies, and fare information.
- Effectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on unresolved matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams and service providers to meet customer needs efficiently.
- Stay informed about transportation regulations, service updates, and safety protocols to provide accurate guidance.
- Collect customer feedback to assist in enhancing services and operations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within transportation or travel sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
