We are currently searching for a Japanese Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Content Creators. This position is ideal for individuals who possess a love for creative content and exceptional customer service skills while engaging with Japanese-speaking clients in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Japanese-speaking clients regarding online content creation services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to content management, platform usage, and feature functionalities.
- Help resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to enhance their experience with the service.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on issues.
- Collaborate with the content team to address complex customer queries and improve service offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and platform updates to provide knowledgeable support.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer support, preferably in the online content or technology sector.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer-centric service.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
