We are currently seeking a Slovak Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Transportation Services Department. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service and who enjoy helping Slovak-speaking clients navigate their transportation needs.
Responsibilities- Offer exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, schedules, service details, and company policies.
- Effectively address customer complaints and ensure that issues are resolved to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service and address customer needs efficiently.
- Stay informed about current transportation regulations, services, and promotions to provide accurate assistance.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to support continuous improvement efforts in service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
