Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery services, addressing any concerns and providing helpful information.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a customer-focused attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
