Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about food orders, delivery status, and service-related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain clear records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve any operational challenges.
- Stay informed about food delivery services and best practices to provide knowledgeable support to customers.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
- Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional communication skills and a strong customer focus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and standard office software.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
