This role is perfect for individuals passionate about customer service and the food industry. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, ensuring they have a seamless experience when using our food delivery services. Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding food delivery orders and services.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
- Guide customers through the ordering process and educate them about available options.
- Document customer interactions for tracking and continuous improvement of services.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and service quality.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and collaborative spirit are essential.
- Familiarity with the food delivery industry is a plus.
