Nordic Speaking Customer Support for Food Delivery Service Department

We are currently seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Food Delivery Service Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and the food industry, and who enjoy assisting Nordic-speaking clients with their food delivery inquiries.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding food delivery services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to order placements, delivery tracking, and service feedback.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a satisfactory experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up on pending inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams and delivery partners to address customer needs efficiently.
- Stay informed about menu offerings, delivery options, and promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather customer feedback to support enhancements in service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Finnish, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian) and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food or service industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Proficient in using customer support software and standard office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
