In this influential role, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers with inquiries related to our food delivery services, ensuring they have a delightful experience with our platform. If you love the idea of helping customers discover great food and enjoy a fast-paced work environment, this could be your perfect position
Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery, ensuring satisfaction and timely service.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Take part in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please state your nationality and native language in your application.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a cheerful demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
