In this role, you will be the voice of our food delivery services, providing exceptional support to Italian-speaking customers. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers with their orders, resolving any issues, and ensuring a seamless experience from order placement to delivery. Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their food orders, delivery status, and account management.
- Effectively handle customer complaints and troubleshoot issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and address any operational concerns.
- Stay informed about food delivery services, menus, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
- Experience in customer support, ideally within the food delivery or hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office applications.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
