Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Assist customers with questions regarding their food delivery orders and services.
- Resolve customer complaints with a focus on quality service and satisfaction.
- Educate customers about available services and help them navigate our platform.
- Document customer interactions for quality assurance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian (both spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
