We are currently seeking a Flemish Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Food Delivery Service Department. This role is ideal for passionate and customer-oriented individuals who enjoy helping Flemish-speaking clients with their food delivery inquiries.
Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients regarding food delivery services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, delivery details, menu selections, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and manage follow-ups appropriately.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Inform clients about new menu items, special offers, and company policies.
- Gather customer feedback to support quality improvement initiatives in the service department.
Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, ideally within the food or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
