In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a seamless food delivery experience. Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with order inquiries, delivery tracking, and any issues related to food delivery services.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems effectively to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on service offerings and food delivery industry trends to provide informed assistance.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the food delivery or hospitality sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
