In this vital role, you will assist French-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding our food delivery services, ensuring that they enjoy a seamless and satisfying experience. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about food delivery services, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about our services and the food delivery industry.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
