Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat in French.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery services.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Educate customers about our services and help them navigate the ordering process.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- A passion for food and the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
