Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients regarding mobile banking services through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to banking transactions, account management, and mobile app functionalities.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on mobile banking features and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Experience in customer support or the banking sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
