Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat in German for mobile banking services.
- Assist customers with inquiries about mobile banking features, functionalities, and issues.
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers.
- Educate clients on best practices for using mobile banking safely and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to address and resolve customer concerns and feedback.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Technical aptitude to troubleshoot mobile banking applications and services.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with mobile banking technologies and customer service software is a plus.
