Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile banking services.
- Assist customers with service inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service delivery and address customer feedback.
- Stay informed about mobile banking features and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in banking or financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic banking software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
