Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients using our mobile banking services through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback related to mobile banking applications, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve customer queries and enhance our mobile services.
- Participate actively in training sessions to keep abreast of new technology and banking features.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- Strong interest in technology and mobile applications, particularly in the banking sector.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
