Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding mobile banking services.
- Assist customers with inquiries about account management, transactions, and mobile banking app functionality.
- Effectively resolve any issues or complaints raised by customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and address operational concerns.
- Remain knowledgeable about mobile banking products and services to provide accurate information.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish) and English; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in financial services or mobile banking.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to handle inquiries effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
