Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services, ensuring a smooth and secure experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service objectives and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Participate in training and development initiatives to stay updated on banking regulations and mobile technology advancements.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated.
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in banking or financial services, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies.
