This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the fast-paced world of mobile banking. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on mobile banking services. Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Educate customers about features and functionality of mobile banking applications.
- Maintain records of customer interactions for quality and performance improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with mobile banking services and technology is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work setting.
