Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Czech.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to mobile banking services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Educate customers on using mobile banking features and best practices.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality assurance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in banking or finance, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Interest in financial technologies and mobile banking services.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with customer service software is an advantage.
