We are currently seeking a Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative for the Mobile Banking Services Department. This position is ideal for those who are enthusiastic about customer service, technology, and the banking industry, and want to assist clients in navigating mobile banking solutions.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding mobile banking services via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to account management, mobile app functionality, and banking transactions.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and technical issues to ensure user satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on pending issues to ensure resolutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to enhance mobile banking features and address customer needs.
- Educate clients about mobile banking security, features, and updates to improve their banking experience.
- Gather customer feedback to contribute to the enhancement of services and address user concerns.
Requirements
- Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service roles, preferably in the banking or technology sectors.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain complex concepts clearly.
- Familiarity with mobile banking applications and standard office software.
- Detail-oriented with effective organizational skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and after-hours support if necessary.
