Your Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding veterinary services, appointments, and medical information.
- Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document interactions accurately to support continuous improvement in service.
- Work collaboratively with veterinary staff to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training to enhance knowledge of veterinary services and best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A genuine passion for animal welfare and customer service.
- Experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
