Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Address inquiries related to veterinary services and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to support service improvement.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve service goals and enhance customer experiences.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about veterinary services and products.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A passion for animal welfare and dedication to customer service.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with patience and empathy.
- Strong desire to learn about veterinary services and care.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment helping both animals and their owners
