Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Slovak-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding subscription services, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve key performance indicators and improve customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to keep up with service updates and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and collaborative team player.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
