Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Effectively address client inquiries and resolve issues related to electronic products.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products and services.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for ongoing support.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with product offerings and service techniques.
- Contribute positively to team dynamics and uphold a high standard of professionalism.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the electronics sector, is advantageous.
- Ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Willingness to embrace new challenges and relocate to Greece.
- Technical aptitude and comfort with electronic products.
