Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Manage inquiries and resolve issues effectively, with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on products and services to provide accurate information.
- Log customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis.
- Work closely with team members to uphold service excellence and share feedback for improvement.
- Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to refine your skills.

Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
